We are blessed to have available to us an AMAZING teaching series by radio host, best-selling author, and financial expert … Dave Ramsey.

Starting Monday, September 13th … Destiny Christian Fellowship will be hosting another session of FPU. Many of us went through this program last year and have seen incredible breakthroughs in our personal finances. Some have even become debt-free ALREADY as a direct result of implementing the principles taught.
This series runs for 13 consecutive weeks. Each session includes a DVD lesson by none other than Dave Ramsey himself (very entertaining speaker! J), followed by a discussion time. Dave’s style is VERY simple and easy to understand. He WILL change the way you think about money and you’ll actually have fun while you learn!

Questions?Here’s some specifics for those of you that like details:
Where will it be held? Happy Valley Elementary School Cafeteria, 13865 SE King Road, Happy Valley, OR 97086. Enter through Elementary School doors.
Is there a cost? Yes and No (how’s that for an answer?). If this is your first time through the program, there is a cost of $149, which covers a course handbook, audio CD package, Dave’s book, and more. If you have gone through the program before, there is no cost to do it again, unless you choose to buy another handbook.
How long will each session last? Approximately 2 hours. We will start promptly just after 7pm and will plan to have you on your way home by 9pm.
How many sessions? 13 in a row. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you make every effort to not miss any sessions. The material builds on itself each week, so important to keep up. Starting September 13th, and the final session will be December 6th.
Can I just buy the material and not come on Monday nights? Yes, but this isn’t recommended. There is a group-learning aspect to this program and you will gain far more financial wisdom by attending and learning together with others.
Is this just for DCF members? NO NO NO NO NO !!! We want the entire community to join us. Sure, the lessons taught are rooted in Biblical principles, but they apply to anyone. What a great outreach for us to invite our friends, neighbors, co-workers and others. There is not a class-size limit, as we’ll just get a bigger location!
